Ingredients:
3 rib eye steaks (16 oz)
1 onion, sliced thinley
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
Prepare the marinade and begin marinating the steaks one day before serving. Combine oil, garlic powder, tablespoon black pepper and onion in 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Put steaks in marinade coating well on both sides. Cover top of steaks with half of the onions. Cover and chill refrigerator for one day.
Remove steaks from dish and preheat broiler.
In a small bowl, mix cayenne, paprika, salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper and white pepper. Coat each side of steaks with this mixture.
Broil steaks until thoroughly cooked. Medium-rare will take about eight minutes.
