5 lb shrimp
2 lb onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup cooking oil
1 can golden cream of mushroom
1 quart of water
salt (to taste)
black pepper (to taste)
red pepper (to taste)
Directions:
Saute onions until transparent.
Add shrimp, garlic, bell pepper and celery. Saute over medium heat.
