1 lb. crawfish
1 onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
4 pkg instant onion soup
1 stick butter or margarine
2 cup boiling water
1 1/2 cup rice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red pepper
Directions:
Pour water into rice cooker and dissolve soup mixes in water.
Add remaining ingredients into the rice cooker.
Turn rice cooker on and allow to cook sitrring occasionally. Once cooked, leave on warm for 15 additional minutes.
