Easy Shrimp Jambalaya

Ingredients:

1 lb. shrimp
1/2 onion, chopped
1/3 cup onion tops
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp dried parsley flakes
2 beef bouillon cubes
3/4 stick butter
2 cup rice, uncooked
1 1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp red pepper
Directions:
  1. Dissolve bouillon cubes in 2 cups of boiling water.

  2. Add everything into rice cooker and mix well. Water should cover all ingredients.

  3. Turn on rice cooker. After cycle is complete, allow to cook for an additional 15 minutes.
