Ingredients:

1 lb crawfish tails
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 can beef broth
1 stick oleo
1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
1 can tomato sauce
2 1/2 cup rice (rice cooker measuring cup)
Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients in rice cooker. Do not add any water.

  2. Cook as normal then allow to stand for 30 minutes.
