1 1/2 lb. shrimp
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cup canned tomatoes
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 cup butter, melted
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Directions:
Saute onion, bell pepper and garlic in butter until limp.
Stir in flour, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook until thick remembering to stir constantly.
