Ingredients:

1 1/2 lb. shrimp
1/4 cup onion, chopped 
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped 
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cup canned tomatoes
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 cup butter, melted
Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Directions:
  1. Saute onion, bell pepper and garlic in butter until limp.

  2. Stir in flour, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook until thick remembering to stir constantly.

  3. Add shrimp and simmer for 20 minutes.

  4. Serve over rice.
