2 lb shrimp
1 cup onions, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup green peppers, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup celery, coarsely chopped
1 large potato, coarsely chopped
1 cup onion tops
1 cup parsley
1 tbsp Fish Fry
3 egg yolks
1 tsp mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Add shrimp, onion, potato and celery in a food processor and grind by pulsing. Remove contents and transfer into a bowl.
Add egg yolk and seasoning and mix well.
Scoop out balls using ice cream scooper but keep size to about 3/4 of scoop.
Deep fry in oil for about six minutes or until golden brown.
