Crab & Shrimp Casserole

Ingredients:

3 cup crab meat
3 cup shrimp
1 1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can mushroom soup
1 jar pimentos
1/2 lb oleo
1/2 cup water
1 cup bread crumbs
4 slices bread
3 cup cooked rice
Directions:
  1. Heat oleo in a skillet and saute vegetables.

  2. Add shrimp and Rotel tomatoes. Allow to cook for about 5 minutes.

  3. Add water and mushroom soup and mix well. Cook an additional 5 minutes.

  4. Soak bread in water then add to skillet.

  5. Add crab meat, rice and parsley mixing well.

  6. Transfer skillet contents to a greased casserole dish and top with bread crubs. Cook at 450F for 30 minutes.
