Ingredients:

1 lb crawfish tails
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 stick butter
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of potato soup
1/2 lb American cheese, shredded
Directions:
  1. Melt butter in skillet and saute onion and bell pepper until limp.

  2. Add soup, cheese, corn, and Rotel. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. Add crawfish and simmer for 30 minutes

  4. Season to taste.
